1 General Terms & Acceptance

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by lck44 of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

lck44 is an 18+ only platform. Access to and use of any lck44 service — including account registration, game play, sports betting, live casino, and deposits — is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 18 years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use lck44:

• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on lck44 or any affiliated platform.

lck44 may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Such requests must be responded to promptly. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions, suspension, or closure. Winnings generated during any period in which the eligibility criteria were not met may be voided.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of lck44 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals resident in Bangladesh.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS in Bangladesh. You must not use false information, impersonate another person, or create an account on behalf of any third party.

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on lck44. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated bonuses may be forfeited.

• You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person under any circumstances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using lck44, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point — including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Opening multiple accounts with the intent to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent self-exclusion, or manipulate promotions.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of coordinated activity designed to exploit lck44's odds or game mechanics.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game, payment system, or platform feature. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using lck44 for any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from illegal sources. lck44 applies Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication directed at lck44 staff or other users via any channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
• Accessing lck44 via a VPN, proxy server, or any other means of masking or falsifying your geographic location or identity.

lck44 employs real-time fraud detection, device fingerprinting, and account behaviour monitoring to identify prohibited conduct. Investigations may result in temporary account freezes while a review is in progress. During any investigation, you will be notified by email and given a reasonable opportunity to provide information in your defence before any final account action is taken.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

lck44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Verified or suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure.
• Detection of underage gambling or a successful self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Extended period of account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 24 consecutive months may be closed, with any remaining balance returned to the player's last verified withdrawal method following identity re-verification).

Players also have the right to close their own lck44 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days of the closure request being processed.

Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lck44 and its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of lck44, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, communication network interruptions, or third-party payment provider delays.
• Bets or game sessions that were interrupted by a technical fault before a result was determined — such events are governed by the applicable game rules and lck44's disputes procedure.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account credentials.
• Decisions made by certified random number generators or live dealer outcomes — all games are governed by their respective certified rules and the RNG/live stream output is final.

In the event of a dispute regarding any bet settlement, game outcome, or account transaction, you must contact lck44 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. lck44 will respond to all formally submitted disputes within 14 business days and will provide a reasoned decision based on available records, game logs, and transaction data.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of lck44, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of fairness and good faith. lck44 is committed to resolving all player disputes in a transparent, equitable, and timely manner. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer.
